Your use of this website must be in accordance with these terms. You are not permitted to print, copy, publish or otherwise any material from this website, unless otherwise agreed by Promotional Badges. You are permitted to print or download content for personal use only. By using this site you acknowledge that you have no right to use the content in any other manner. Unless stated otherwise on this web site all other uses of the content are expressly prohibited.
PricingAll prices shown are Pounds Sterling and do not include VAT until the checkout.
Packaging and delivery charges to a single UK address will be shown on the website whenever incurred.
Prices may be subject to change without notice.
PaymentOur website will accept all major credit and debit cards at the time of ordering. Orders sent through the post with covering cheques will not be processed until the payment has been cleared.
Order AcceptanceWhen an order is placed it will be treated as an offer to buy and once accepted we will send you a email confirmation quoting a unique reference number, at this point we are making a legal contract with you. There are occasions, if necessary, that we may refuse your order in which case we will advise you by email as soon as possible.
On receipt of your email confirmation an opportunity will exist to check the details and correct any errors. You will also be provided with a proof for your approval prior to production. This is an electronic visual representation for proofing purpose only.
Every effort will/has been made to display the products offered as accurately as possible, however, the colours you see will depend upon the settings on your monitor. All sizes given are subject to a tolerance of +/- 5mm.
Goods Damaged in TransitAll goods are securely packed and leave our premises in perfect condition. Unfortunately from time to time damage does occur in transit. In the event that your goods show obvious signs of transit damage, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately. If the damage is only visible after opening the carton you must inform us within 48 hours. We will arrange replacement products as soon as possible.
Faulty GoodsWe undertake that the products we supply will comply with any general description which may be submitted to you, will be of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for normal usage. In the event that this is not the case you should notify us in writing of the fault within 7 days of their receipt.
ReturnsNo returns will be accepted without prior agreement from us. No liability will be taken for the cost of returning goods, unless previously agreed by us in writing.
CancellationWe will accept cancellations on the understanding that no costs have been incurred. You must notify us of any cancellation within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation. In the event that your order has been processed an artwork/origination cost plus a set-up charge, will apply.
The conditions published above do not effect your Statutory Rights.
DeliveryDo not hesitate to contact us if you have an urgent requirement or specific deadline and we will do our utmost to achieve it.
For your guidance the normal delivery times apply:
Blank Sashes – 2/3 days subject to stock availability
Printed Badges, Pennants or Sashes – 5-7 working days from approval of artwork
Embroidered Badges or Pennants – 7-10 working days from approval of artwork
You will be advised of a delivery date once artwork has been approved, you can expect a visual for approval to be provided within 48 hours of placing your order.
Delivery is a single drop to a UK mainland address and on a standard next day basis, deliveries to the Channel Islands will incur addition costs which will be advised by e.mail.
Deliveries within the UK mainland are contracted to outside carriers whose normal delivery times are Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.00pm. Delivery outside these times can also be arranged, however, additional costs will be charged. All deliveries must be signed for and it is advisable that you keep your delivery receipt.
